During the call we might look at things like:
Whether the homepage clearly explains what the business does
Whether the messaging speaks to the right audience
Whether the next step is obvious
Whether the structure of the site supports the message
Sometimes the fixes are quite simple.
Other times it becomes clear that the underlying messaging needs a bit more work.
Either way, the aim is just to understand where things currently stand.
What Happens After the Call
At the end of the conversation, we may decide that:
A few small adjustments would improve things
The messaging needs refining
A Brand Clarity session would help shape the next step
Or we may simply confirm that the site is already doing what it should.
There’s no pressure to move forward with anything.
