These terms apply to the money-back guarantee offered by Create2Convert Ltd in connection with the Website and Conversion Review.

1. What the guarantee covers

We want you to feel that your Website and Conversion Review has given you clear, relevant and practical recommendations that can help improve your website and enquiry journey.

If, after receiving your completed review, you do not believe the review has provided useful recommendations worth the price you paid, you may request a full refund under this guarantee.

You do not need to implement the recommendations before requesting a refund.

2. When you can request a refund

Your refund request must be made within seven calendar days of the date on which we send you the completed review, recording, report or other agreed review materials.

Requests received after this period will not qualify under the money-back guarantee, although this does not affect any legal rights you may have.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, reply to the email through which your completed review was delivered and include the words:

You may tell us why the review did not meet your expectations, but you are not required to provide a lengthy explanation or prove that the recommendations were unsuccessful.

4. Refund amount and payment

An approved claim will receive a refund of the full amount paid for the Website and Conversion Review, including any applicable VAT.

The refund will be made to the original payment method. We will normally process the refund within five working days, although the time taken for the funds to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.

The guarantee covers only the amount paid directly to Create2Convert Ltd for the Website and Conversion Review. It does not cover:

• website development or implementation costs;
• payments made to third-party suppliers;
• advertising, hosting, software or marketing expenditure;
• lost revenue, lost opportunities or other indirect costs.

5. Eligibility

The guarantee applies where:

• the Website and Conversion Review has been paid for in full;
• Create2Convert has completed and delivered the agreed review;
• the refund request is received within the seven-day period; and
• the review has not previously been refunded.

The guarantee is limited to one refunded Website and Conversion Review per business for the same website. This is intended to prevent repeated bookings and refund claims for substantially the same service.

6. Cancellations and missed appointments

This guarantee applies to dissatisfaction with a completed Website and Conversion Review.

It does not replace any separate cancellation or rescheduling policy that applies before the review takes place. A cancellation, missed appointment or failure to provide the information reasonably required to complete the review will be dealt with under the applicable booking and cancellation terms.

7. Nature of the recommendations

The Website and Conversion Review provides professional observations, opinions and recommendations based on:

• the website available at the time of the review;
• the information supplied by the client; and
• Create2Convert’s professional experience of website clarity, user journeys, trust and conversion.

We do not guarantee a particular increase in enquiries, leads, sales, website traffic, search rankings or revenue.

Commercial results can be affected by matters outside our control, including implementation, pricing, market demand, competition, traffic quality, advertising, sales follow-up and changes made to the website after the review.

8. Fraud or misuse

We may refuse a claim where we have reasonable evidence that:

• the claim is fraudulent;
• the payment has already been refunded or disputed through another payment method;
• materially false information has been supplied; or
• the same business has previously received a refund for a review of the same website.

We will not refuse a genuine claim simply because we disagree with the customer’s opinion of the review.

9. Statutory rights

This money-back guarantee is provided in addition to any rights or remedies available under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

10. Changes to the guarantee

We may change or withdraw this guarantee for future bookings. The terms in place when a customer books and pays for their review will continue to apply to that booking.
