Booking

The Website & Conversion Review is a paid session delivered remotely.

Payment is required at the time of booking.

What you get
• A scheduled session (typically 60 minutes)
• A recorded review (where applicable)
• Clear, practical feedback and recommendations

Cancellations and rescheduling
• You may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice
• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may not be accepted
• Missed appointments (no shows) are not refundable

Refunds and Money Back Guarantee
• If you do not feel the Website & Conversion Review has been useful, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of the review being completed
• Refund requests must be made by email to hello@create2convert.co.uk within 72 hours of the review
• Valid refund requests will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days
• This Money Back Guarantee is a voluntary promise offered by Create2Convert Ltd
• Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or no shows
• If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice before the review takes place, we may offer a reschedule at our discretion

Statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
Where applicable, your rights under consumer law remain in place in addition to the voluntary Money Back Guarantee offered above.

Late arrival

If you are late to the session:
• The session will still end at the scheduled time
• Lost time will not be extended or refunded

• Payment terms will be outlined in proposals or agreements
• Work may not begin until an agreed deposit is received
• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of work
